Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. was founded February 1st, 1992 by Terry Rickert and Bob Junkins. We perform general municipal utility, electrical and communication construction for customers throughout Maryland, Delaware, Northern Virginia, Eastern West Virginia and Central Pennsylvania. Work involves the placement of municipal and private sewage systems, municipal and private potable and raw water systems, and underground electric and communication systems. Most work is underground and is installed by general excavation or directional drilling methods. Appurtenant facilities such as surface restoration, pumping stations, communications pads, electrical switch pads and other vaults and chambers are constructed to provide complete systems.
